He's had a smash hit at Mattel in Barbie, so that's a positive, but I have to wonder, why leave a company when on the top for this place? I highly doubt that he can achieve the same kind of turnaround he did with Barbie with anything here. I'm worried about what his main strategy is going to be and if it will include major cuts.
