@2tpz+1okK6a3J - agree in the DNA of the useless managers to take credit for other people's work, to discipline staff for no reason when they &^&^& up and saddle their grunts (who do the work) with more and more work whilst they P5545% off early to the gold course.

Most DXC managers know zip about IT or how to manage a IT Project / small assignment or how to care for their employees underneath them.

DXC is going to cease to exist within the next 2 years

I don't know why some mid managers f over the employees.

Some managers like Broklehearse have a big power trip ego, there comes a day when they get f4cked over themselves and come down to reality.

Seen it happen in DXC before, and when the manager is shown the door they realize they were just a gopher and they lost all thier ruling and bullying over people.

What you do to others comes to haunt you.

I used to sc--w over staff, was the thing to do in our little managers club, we used to challenge each other and got a buzz from it.

Looking back now I feel guilty now about some of the innocent people I did over but it was the thing we mangers did at the time. I really hurt people's lives. With hindsight I wouldn't have liked to be done over like that.

I now live my regrets.

You’re wrong , what can middle managers do if the people above them say no to merit increased? They are on the same boat as you!

STOP working without an increase in pay, 7+ years is enough when your Executives , Board, CEO/Chairman keep getting their free stock options , their increases.

Stand Up , let others know on sites that people really look at. Linkedin, Glassdoor. Use a anonymous account if you must but JUST DO IT!

Yes, we are not d-mb managers. Actually we are smart b-ms. When the EVPs VPs Presidents are riding the gravy train and collecting their millions, we just say yes, send some emails and collect our salary. To be fair we don't bother you minions as well. Just fill in your timesheets, join all the townhalls, join all the useless meetings, couple of emails a day and you should be good.

yup ... and your point is? If the top can get $20M+ for doing nothing, or worse consistently getting everything wrong, why wouldn't the mid and lower level managers just "quiet quit" management style?
