Are u serious because if you are then it should be no surprise that this company has chosen yet again to starve the goose.
This is an anorexic company which focuses on cost at the expense of everything else. It doesn't know how to grow because it does not have anything of quality to sell. Note as well in the services industry it's a race to the bottom.
So if you don't like it then get another job outside of IT Services.
I choose to stay because i get to work from home. I make a difference with my clients. The benefits are good. But most of all i work with great people and a wonderful manager.
I have had 1 pay increase since DXC was formed.
Nothing is going to change so su-k it up or get out, the choice is simple

Full pay and only 25% of the work hours done is comon now... no incentive to give the effort or value add. Poor senior management and its bullying "not listening" attitude. Middle managers know what needed to be done but no one listens so we don't bother anymore
I stay because I can work 3 days a week and get paid for 5. Three years to go and then I will take early retirement.
i choose to stay. i am younger, i want to replace, i am cheaper.
The bosses all know this, they will never give you a pay rise, they want a percentage of you to take the hint and leave without cost but you don't getting rid of your sticky continued existance is the only game in town, Its not only bosses that want to make you as miserable as possible until you leave.
