Anyone know what the max number of tenure years is for the severance package?
Asking for a 'lifer' friend.

Looking on t-nation is fine if your access wasn't already revoked. and it's a maximum of 40% per my termination details.
26 weeks is the max for severance over time, but for employees over 20 years there is an additional lump sum payment equal to years of service. 20 years=20% annual base pay lump sum, 27years=27%, etc.... All the way up to 50 years=50%
Tell your friend to read up about it on tnation. Search for severance. It’s not hard.
