Thread regarding DXC Technology layoffs

Time for Mr Salvino to go.

Chris Drumgoogle the latest poor soul (must be the pay) had face up and finally confirm what we all know - no pay increases again, no sh!t Sherlock.

Mr Salvino who could be considered as a Socipath due to his treatment of the employee's of this company and who's mantra was "Employee's First" can't even deliver 1cent of a pay rise, can't deliver growth but can deliver a halving of revenue and a collapsing share price. Seems like a waste of $80+ million dollars over the last four years.

Time for Mike to go and hand over to someone who can deliver.

Why would anyone stay if there reviews were met some and exceeded some or more. I don’t get it!

Me I stayed 5 years longer than I should because I was at retirement age 65 in the USA but my wife wasn’t yet.

I socked the max into my 401K as well!

I stayed because ai did almost nothing for 3.5 of those years with working from home , 5 weeks vacation and better health benignity’s than medicare

The last few years I had to work , but still wasn’t on call except once a month and never was called anyway.

I left this past January and now looking back I should have left sooner. The stress is almost all gone , but DXC still
pusses me off when I get the SEC filings , which I unsubscribed to yesterday.

LEAVE this sh-t hole and let MR Shoutly do it all himself !

DXC is a sleasepit of broken promotion pay rises.

When you're so fed up with it all, you resign, but bear in mind your disappearance is always measured financially in terms of immediate client revenue loss and DXC reputation damage. The loss of you....... is never, ever about you.

So, how to get a pay rise?
Make yourself critical on highly visible work and then put your resignation request in with a "I will cancel it if you immediately promote and pay me more".
You will soon get your payrise and ironically, you'll also be admired for your business minded brain

The alternative is what most people do - Work long hours and hope it you get fair recognition next time.

Eventually, people spend too much time at DXC and so their resignation is never a catastrophic loss to DXC, The catastrophic loss is seen in their own CV.
Anyone under 45 should get out now

A large group of top performers were given pay raises and bonuses in June/July. They do exist, but like an email from McShouty - they are rarely seen.

You DXC'ers need to take some advice from GEORGE THOROGOOD... "Get a haircut and get a REAL job...Clean your act up and don't be a slob...Get it together like your big brother Bob...Why don't you......get a haircut...................and get a REAL JOB"

It's according to plan. He's doing everything to smoke people out of the company, particularly in 'complex countries' as Mike 1 would put it, to avoid WFR payments and one-time bonuses. The workforce has never been part of this essential evolution / transformation journey / inflection point / growth phase.

He's only interested in getting as much money out of this company for himself. Completely selfish individual, no care for his employees, an utter disgrace!
