Layoffs in southwest call centers?

Anyone know if reps in the sw centers are being layed off in Sept?

Not ALL centers, FirstNet support cannot be offshore.

But they are FirstNet support vendors or they may be getting around it to have other support call centers take their overflow calls. I have looked up reps who have taken these calls and screwed up and they all have been "non-employee."
