I'd like to think the FCC would penalize T-Mobile for not living up to their Merger agreement, but unfortunately our Government is broken and rotten to the core.

DOJ and Congress now must ki-l the Mint Mobile acquisition.
They must make it painful, too.
Haul them all into DC, put them under oath, and let 'er rip.

those job increases were based on all kinds of crazy assumptions for new business growth, including the spectacular failure that was layer3. with the exception of home internet, silly execs forgot this company doesn't know how to sell anything but phone plans.

In addition, the incremental increases for the combined direct internal and external employees will be 9,600 more jobs relative to the standalone companies’ baselines for 2021.
That's not how legere framed his argument when explaining to Congress..... "This merger will result in an increase in jobs for 2 years, followed by annual layoffs for the proceeding 10"....
It was a 2 year agreement
