Look around! You are NOT working in a healthy environment. Leadership at TMO do not care about you or your mental health. You absolutely can find a better job! Grown men and women behaving like middle school cheerleaders during meetings then laying off 5000 that morning or the next day. It's not NORMAL! If people begin to leave and smart people do not apply at TMO the organization will change.

Couldn’t agree more. Most leaders feel bad about layoffs. Many do it as a last resort. Only can a sociopath say that he is doing it during good times because that is the best time. Your leaders care about themselves.
They are right. I experienced severe mental and health decline while employed at T-Mobile. It is very toxic and many people have perished of heart attacks from the stress recently
do not forget to move your phone service out of T-Mobile.
