This is a plan I happend to see on a upper tier managers desk
Basically it's a slow roll of employees who make too much with the company (old timers) the goal is to get them to attrition out the company by petty actions. One had gotten written up for coming from break 5min late things like that another was told to stop talking so much and another was basically the stapler guy from office space. Saw all these thing and at the bottom of the paper of all these write up said' the burning of Atlanta I guess it's funny business for them

This is silly but its def happening senior staff seems to be either laid off or fired for a small infraction
Every year, they go through this charade where they make people apply for the jobs they already have and then tell themselves the lie that people 'chose to leave.'
Meanwhile, the people they consistently keep-especially in middle management-are the dead weight who keep the company from changing at all. Lather, rinse, repeat.
In real news - Farmers is laying off 10% of employees. Allstate could lay off 10% of the employees and not notice a change - then again, they’d actually lay off the 10% of employees that do 75% of the work.
I gotta say, this sounds like a bunch of baloney…
This is a breach of our information security policy. Report them for leaving information their desk visible and not secure.
