Any updates on this front?
A previous post that correctly predicted Sievert sending out an email this morning also stated that the training dept would be completely laid off and then emcouraged to apply for "new" training positions. If you have been paying attention to recent initiatives regarding your CLC/VLC then an assumption could be made that the company is going to a 100% virtual training platform. They could require that anyone in the "new" position work out of a CEC or Frisco/OP/Bellevue thereby allowing them to layoff both field and virtual trainers and have them all reapply for this newly created position at a lower level and pay rate. I have no insight that this is the case. I truly hope I'm wrong. But the tea leaves point to this outcome.
Anyone connected to the company mandatory training should be shown the door.
