It’s not racist. It’s about companies hiring to check a box instead of hiring the right person for the job! Firing should be the same, get rid of the reason you are in this position . Weak people not getting results

Or, use your skillset to take someone else's job. The Saudis are paying a sh-t-ton of $$. I've made more $$ doing some offhand consulting with STC then I ever would have with Magenta. Doing less work, and, whenever I need to meet their execs I don't even need to go to Riyadh. They'll just fly me to Dubai and we'll meet at the Four Seasons Jumeirah.
