Fox Business reported earlier today that Brandt left Allstate with 7.2 million in severance, bonus’ and stock so I’m guessing he won’t be rushing to get his resume out!!!!

Brandt did not have to sign an NDA which is how Fox was able to obtain and report his figures He already had other plans in place with another carrier so leaving Allstate with the insane amount of compensation he received was absolutely brilliant. He will begin his new role with the new carrier on 12-1-23 which was agreed to by both sides about a month ago. He will be involved in taking a massive amount of the PIF from Allstate and his salary will be roughly 2.2 million per year
Brandt is not a Named Executive by SEC standards (Shapiro was) which would require disclosure of his exit package to investors. Well compensated but you won’t hear about his deal unless he tells us. However that would violate his confidentiality clause, and he’d forfeit his dollars. He may reappear at a regional carrier once the non compete expires. He’s too young and allegedly sharp to ride the bench for too long.
