They've actually been laying people off monthly for the past 1 1/2 years but in smaller numbers to keep it out of the media. You don't hear about the monthly layoffs or as TMUS is calling them...."elimination of your position..."

From one business owner to another....
Diversify. If your entire business is dependent on another one, then you haven't done a good job diversifying. Not just in terms of retail, but, backend as well. So many companies were put out of business once Elon decided to change the algorithm for X.
You should have never been in a position where your a large chunk of your revenue was dependent on TMUS's physical location in Factoria. Even a few years ago, they were looking to move to a different spot on the Eastside, but they renegotiated their lease to stay in Factoria.
I currently operate multiple businesses in the Factoria area, and I'm feeling concerned about the situation.
20% was the goal last year, but many groups did not get to that 20% headcount reduction last year
This is much bigger than last year at the company level.
Your manager can't do basic math and thus should be on the list. 5000/70000 is not 12%
Why didn't they include mention of last August? This raises questions about transparency.
12% across the company I had a manager tell me this morning.
