Intel recruiters focus on generating DEI resumes to try and help hit the quotas... unfortunately, the quality of the candidates is far below what is required.
Intel recruiters were incompetent. The IBM ones are complete mo--ns.
Intel figured out that it was cheaper to outsource recruiting to a third party. They held a competition to select a vendor. IBM has a recruitment process outsourcing business, and they won the competition. It's a separate business from their tech businesses.
Whatever it is, rest assured, Intel will make a complete bags of it.
While Bain helps us figure out which 20,000 head will be cut we can team up with the IBM'ers to recruit for the new IFS moonshot strategy.
All is quite on the Western front.
