Doctors in India dissecting medical records

The lack of transparency at Allstate is unfathomable. Anyone know what is going on with this ? It seemed to end as fast as it started without a word.

No proof for this whatsoever. Fake news.

Non US based or licensed doctors commenting about care in venues they are not licensed to work in. If I were a lawyer I would jump all over it, especially if they are doing it with insureds.

It’s not bad faith but it may be sketchy. They don’t do a good job at all. I wouldn’t say they’re any worse than the EC group, who doesn’t seem to have any clue at all.

Please describe how this is bad faith.
Or is that just a term that you’ve learned to use when something doesn’t go your way?
Maybe you’re one of the geniuses bleeding this company dry by paying claims we don’t owe.

Before I left one year ago, we were told that doctors were going to review demands. This was, we were told, going to make things easier for us, which we did not, for one second, believe. So it started and stopped, huh? If the doctors were out of the country, any Good lawyer would have a field day. Bad faith anyone?
