There will no doubt be another big insurance company needing an ex-Allstate exec to bring on as a sacrificial lamb to cover up their own horrendous mistakes. There are plenty of precedents as examples out there.
Brandt is nowhere near retirement age. He is early 50s.
People like that don't retire even if financially set because they love the power.
