We all know damn well that the CEO and his team of managers are well aware that majority of employees prefer wfh and are choosing to be in denial of its benefits, but here’s a petition going around to maybe get some attention

"You know, thousands of employees have voiced negative sentiment about RTO, employee morale is in the sh----r, I'm the most hated CEO in USAA history, but none of that changed my mind. You know what did change it, though? That change.org petition. Once I saw that, I knew I had to change my ways." —Wayne Peacock
Looks like the petition got cancelled. The amount of fear of retaliation from speaking your voice at this place is insane!
A change.org petition? LOL
Their one paycheck surely is higher than an employee’s annual paycheck. Their corporate car stipend ALONE is higher than the average employees annual salary. Just walk (since you can’t drive there) in the parking garage of the mahogany bay execs and you’ll see the ridiculously very expensive corporate cars that our members pay for them to have. It’s not a secret.
Good try BUT these million dollar execs simply don’t care about your reasons.
They can sit in traffic in their corporate paid vehicles and spend money on gas AND still be smiling going to work as they collect their bi-weekly checks equivalent if not more than the average employee’s ENTIRE PAYCHECK!!!
Nice try Wayne
