Wayne made the strategic decision that all the EMGs need to be located in the regional office and any exceptions to be approved before July.
Well, July came and went and all those EMGs are still working remotely.
Wayne can just make empty strategic initiatives but has no cojones to make his EC actually implement his strategy.

Looks like someone had the courage to ask the question on The Post on why executive job openings can be remote but not the commoners, which will obviously not get answered.
Executive job openings have a clause that they can work remote with travel to home office. Why don't the other openings have that clause?
I think a few select of his butt-worshipping buddies can stay remote, but for the most part he's busting a vein on his forehead about RTO for everyone. It will be the cure for what ails USAA he says, but we all know it's bunk. That barking Peacock may not bite, but sure does po-p a lot and generally stink up the place.

The EMG not coming back to the office 3 days a week is the reason it turned into a 4 day in office for all. Wayne was disrespected and now we all suffer, but they still get rewarded. Normal employees will get fired for acting like the EMG team.
Many of the remote EMG have been given the directive of RTO or resign. Only a few “high value” EMG can work remote but must go into the office when required. Company paid travel expenditure of course.
That’s not true. I know if two within the Bank EMG that are already gone and they were both remote.
