I was told I'm either healthy enough to come in the office three days this week and expose my co-workers or I can use unplanned days. Otherwise I am subject to discipline. Are they just trying to push people out? What an about face from mandatory vaccinations.

That is incorrect. Feel sick stay home especially with Covid. I would chat with HR for directive. That is his personal opinion...
Ethics complaint right there. If you have the ability to work from home and a positive covid test they should not want you comming in.
Why would you not use unplanned time off? You are sick. If you had the flu, you would use unplanned time off, right?
Thank god for mandatory vaccinations! I say go in, cough on everybody.
This sounds like some thing you should document with HR
Get proper treatment for it (not the one pushed by the FDA), and put your own health above everything else. By the way, f your manager.
