I have enough experience and have heard others say enough to know that Josh is not innocent in any of that. Let him off the hook if you want, but dudes a jerk that can’t manage people. He’s smart as heck, but if you want a leader who cares about you, he’s not that person. He’s about numbers first and he’s about numbers second, third, etc.

IMO- Josh looked like a deer in the headlights... I believe that he knows nothing of the layoffs because they keep him in the dark just as much as the rest of us.
I agree that they should just get this over with. The dark cloud that has been hanging over us since January (the last layoff) is just getting unbearable. As Nike says, Just Do It.
I see new people being on boarded, I just want to reach out to them and yell, "It's a trap! Run!"
