If you have any leads on other jobs, I recommend you start applying now. The worst time to look for another job is when you need one. Look now while you still have leverage. Worst case scenario, you get an offer you turn down. No harm in looking and listening

They plan to move more jobs to Poland. Hence "re-organization". See all those Poland is going great videos and youtube? Well its all at your expense.
I've also noticed a silence in my country/region. Management have gone very quiet indeed. I would not be surprised if something happens soon.
All of this is very concerning as a new IT employee who's only been with them for this year and relocated to a new Citi. Managers have gotten really quiet and people keep vanishing. Is there going to be more restructuring? I'd rather know now before the holiday, but I guess it's always wise to prepare for the worst with all the banks failing lately.
Citi loves to layoff right before the holidays especially in december. Be nimble folks!
