I pay over $300/month in premiums, have a sky-high minimum deductible, so I pay a lot out of pocket before I get to see a even a hint of actual "insurance". When I do need something like surgery, UHC covers only lower-end hack jobs than can leave you mutilated - I ended up paying out of pocket for that, too, for an FDA-approved procedure that other insurers have no problem covering. I would happily sue UHC out of existence.
