Layoffs, cuts in benefits, managers who only know how to manage through bullying (meaning, they have no idea how to manage), complete lack of transparency, and so many other things immediately come to mind when I think about this place. When it comes to good things, I can't think of a single one. Go figure.

Y'all crazy. In 100% agreement with TMO grew so fast it didnt know what to do with itself - and still don't. 10 years behind LS in P&P. It wasn't the employees who ran it into the ground it was SLT. Problem is TMO didnt keep what was good about LS and now we all have to work with a sh-t show of cr-ppy tools and employees who are more interested in networking than doing a good job - the TMO way.
Sprint engineers couldn't engineer their way out of a paper bag to go take a dump
TMO engineers are no better than Sprint. Many need to go.
worked with a dozen sprint folks after the merger...talk about useless folks who should have been let go right from the start
When something good happens: Go TMO!
When anything bad happens: It’s because of Sprint!
When did Ulf work at Sprint?
Germans have a history of toxic things...
"Stop blaming Sprint for everything.
TMO has gotten so big after the merger that it doesn’t know how to handle itself."
Yeah, the problem is that TMO brought over a bunch of Sprint lackeys who ran their company into the ground and now are doing the same to this one.
Can't wait to see Ulf hire nothing but contractors and then act shocked in a few years when the network goes to p-o again, just like he did with Sprint.
Compared to many other corporations and despite the ongoing changes, T-Mobile is still a great employer. We've been getting 100%+ on our yearly bonus (vs nordstrom who has not paid out bonuses the past 3 cycles), 4+ weeks of PTO (vs starbucks + amazon 2 weeks), $5200/yr tuition covered for BA and MA (vs starbucks and amazon only covering bachelors)
The free lunchs be good. Don't cut that sh-t out when we move to 5 days a week.
T is for toxic. It is for the most part a German & Japanese owned company. Good things happen they get together.
How can you say the acquisition brought us down when the numbers are the best ever?
That is 100% delusional thinking. You’re honestly just not needed anymore AI is here.
You see your problem is you didn’t follow the first rule they taught you in training on day 1.
T stands for Change. It was the guaranteed promise of the company.
I blame you for not creating a Development Plan that would have led to further career sustainability.
Stop blaming Sprint for everything.
TMO has gotten so big after the merger that it doesn’t know how to handle itself.
IMO the acquisition of Sprint brought us down and now they are now running the show. I can identify the Sprint employees just by their voices on calls that I attend.
Bonuses have been good. The stock has performed well over the past few years. The service discount is good. Benefits still better than many places. There are a lot of worse places to be. It does blow that we’re not the same company prior to sprint.
Get a life. Sad.
Fear and intimidation can be very effective management techniques.
They should never be used.
