My supervisor told our team that people need to start taking PTO and time off. If the service levels don’t improve they may ask people to cut hours and if that doesn’t happen lay offs could happen.
If we get laid off do they want their equipment back or do they allow us to keep them?
My equipment is a few years old now. I was told that I should be getting a new computer soon
If it has an asset tag, they will send you a box to return it.
They only want laptop and mobile if issued returned. Other hard equipment like desk, filing cabinet, printer, monitor, and chair are yours to keep. It’s too costly to ship back then redeploy. Of course, company credit cards will be voided. They will mail you a pre paid box to shop the laptop.

First off it's company equipment so no you don't get to keep it. Second, why would you want their junky old computers/monitors...etc?
Usually, the only thing they want back is the computer.
if that happens, and hopefully it wont, they will want their equipment back. They would send you a box, etc. for that equipment. But lets just hope that doesnt happen.
