From freely engaging in public forums, down to weekly tightly scripted internal calls, down to monthly even more tightly scripted calls (both of these downgrades after valid pushback results in an angry outburst from our fearless leader). Now to quarterly calls that seem far more geared to barking out directives to leaders.
