Thread regarding T-Mobile layoffs

Have any MEs received their schedule past the week of August 26?

I checked my entire store in UKG, and found out none of the employees have received their schedule past August 26. To me, that seems like a strong sign something is going to happen like everyone here has speculated.

I doubt much will happen to Retail. They're JF's bread & butter. The reason he has a car collection and a man cave/bar. They're the only group he really cares about.

That's a lie. I hate the the way it auto schedules so I just wipe the auto made one clean and make my own each week. I know several managers that do this.

All I was told was the system didn't even send them the schedule to be posted. According to the notification UKG, it wasn't even posted by my RSM. It seems automatically generated like it doesn't even say a person's name as to who generated it. Afaik, the RSMs can only make small adjustments but most of the schedule is done based on whatever the cor store needs anyway?

Okay I thought I'd post an update. They posted my schedule but nobody was assigned a single shift on the last week of August into early September. They only assigned people on the week of labor day. Like that is not completely suspicious or anything. This doesn't seem right at all.

It’s a brand new system. Nothing is coming to retail on the eve of the next iPhone. They’re not d-mb.

Also I seriously doubt they forgot to click post schedule considering they've had no problems for the past several months, and I asked them personally about the schedule. They told me they haven't received anything at all and they're seemingly in the dark about why we don't have a schedule when we're supposed to receive one like 2 weeks ago.

Are they lying, or are they telling the truth? You be the judge.

Your manager forgot to click post schedule. The schedule will look normal to the rsm but if they don't hit post schedule none of the ME will be able to see it.
