Seems that Eric gave Esurance all the cushy home office jobs in spite of no experience with large losses or large organizations.

Essurance employees work under the Encompass Leadership on the Nat Gen side. They will not be laid off.

Haven't seen or heard anything regarding Esurance layoffs. But Allstate milked everything of value out of Esurance that they bought the company for (and pretty much effed it up like anything else this company touches). Esurance supposedly is being sunset in the next few years and with Allstate employees being shipped off and re-badged to vendors I would assume most of the Esurance workforce won't be around much longer.
