Anymore talks of Esurance employees getting laid off soon?

Seems that Eric gave Esurance all the cushy home office jobs in spite of no experience with large losses or large organizations.
"Encompass Leadership" is an expression that should strike fear into everyone under them in the org chart.
Never in my life have I encountered such a mouth breathing group of strap hangers...
NatGen employees be effed like Allstate. Going to India or vendor moved. They nothing special.
…and Encompass leadership reports to Allstate senior leadership….what do you think will happen under that scenario to American based employees????
NatGen will be vendored out eventually like ALL has been.
Essurance employees work under the Encompass Leadership on the Nat Gen side. They will not be laid off.

Haven't seen or heard anything regarding Esurance layoffs. But Allstate milked everything of value out of Esurance that they bought the company for (and pretty much effed it up like anything else this company touches). Esurance supposedly is being sunset in the next few years and with Allstate employees being shipped off and re-badged to vendors I would assume most of the Esurance workforce won't be around much longer.
10-15k in October. Same in Q1 2024.
