Article About Windstream Customer Service

Found this today and thought I'd drop it here. I wonder how much Windstream paid for it. I laughed as I read it.

I developed a special appreciation for CS closing trouble tickets prematurely, without fixing the issue or providing status ... tickets I had opened for the customer....can only assume they still pull that cr-p to satisfy their metrics for mgmt ... circus act

Lmao or you get someone that is in one of the outsourced countries who doesn't understand what you want and keeps reading the script over and over to you like that is going to solve your issue. How many times have we outsourced to save money only to bring it back to the states because it hasn't worked out? The management in this company are our own worst enemy but worrying about their bonus and not what is best for employees or even the customers that keep us in business. How about sharing some of that saved money with the people who are being dumped on because of having to take on more and more work with your sh---y minimal raise? I am one of those stuck people by living in one of our rural areas where there isnt much out there for work but fast food. Yeah this isnt a prison but in a way it is. Thanks TT for such great leadership you should have a course on how to steal millions and sc--w over your employees and not have a care in the world but traveling or mowing the lawn. 🖕🖕🖕

Fluff piece written purely for advertising. The two links in the article take you to a site owned by a windstream authorized agent. Hopefully no one takes this article as serious analysis. Read comments under any windstream facebook post for the real customer service experience.

Obviously they have never contacted WS customer service. IVR tree, then hold, then transfer, then another transfer, then dropped call. Call back. Start over from scratch.
