This company started a slow decline over 10 years ago, and then became a slow moving train-wreck after BK's ACTs about 5-7 years ago. And now PG has only accelerated the collapse. Things are not going to get better anytime soon. What are you going to do about it?

sigh, it is sad to see something as cool as physics get torn apart by parasites
The time to get real was 6-8 years ago or even earlier.
People still around had ample warning and opportunities, but got too comfortable and complacent, much like Intel management.
We are deep into the looting phase.

Best people have already left. Some older people close to retirement hanging on only to finish their careers.
Young naive workers leave after a couple years once they understand intel has nothing to offer long term.

Everyone still there needs a personal plan. Hopefully that isn’t news after everything that has happened.
Work hard here while receiving a paycheck, until such time that I can find something externally, or am convinced we have turned things around. Plain as that.
