Last day is end of September. Looks like it has begun now with Claims.

Cheryl did a horrible job during that call. The acting was ridiculous. The way Glenn explained her coming to the company was also very strange. They worked in a cube together or something so she was the top candidate. What a big extensive search he did.
Will Brandt show up in the industry somewhere since it's coming up on about a year since his departure? He likely had a one year non-compete upon exiting in exchange for some type of severance. The company probably didn't want him taking his great ideas and Allstate's intellectual capital elsewhere so quickly. Question: Is Allstate Claims better off now than a year ago?
Cheryl bendsten was the 2nd worst mistake ..Shapiro was the first. She is rude and backstabbing. Worked with her first-hand. Awful person.
Not a scapegoat move at all. Underperforming organization that is attempting a pivot to a simplified process retrofit to traditional process and practices in a new world. So much for outside influence attracting claim geeks in the talent selection to this point. I would be highly surprised if its internal given what we got. Sad, but true.
One year to the day after Shapiro “retired”.
@fux+1oa8V2dX, lol, I remember the call that you are referring to.. Her hair looked all clean and shiny…Must have brushed it about 100 times before the call…..
Cheryl was brought in on Glens coattails. She is over her head in her current position….she should be demoted not given a promotion..
But she did a great job of telling the folks in 2020 they were gone with that pained look of empathy on the conference call while the rest of the cowards were well out of camera range…
🤣🥳
No way Cheryl replaces him. She would be disaster in that role. Would be cat, every day.
I wonder if Cheryl will replace him.
