I was told that additional layoffs are expected for C&S and E&I on August 24th.

EnI is the commercial line of business. CnS is the Medicaid line of business.
E & I is Employer and Indivual and C&S is Community and State
Can someone please explain what is E&I and C&S ?
No one under my ceo has been hit at all yet so I’m extremely nervous. There’s no way it isn’t coming
Will the same departments see layoffs in multiple rounds? Or are you generally “safe” for a while after others in your department are let go?
I was an Optum Tech E&I casualty on 8/17. Top performer for 14 years, then made a 2 this year and let go. good luck to everyone left behind.
To the person asking - Yes e&i had lay offs in the last round.
