While the "kredible source" sounds a little sketchy, the rumor has "truthiness" going for it.
In particular I like how they'd have to sweeten the deal with some commercial real estate to hide how much they overpaid / how being part of Allstate for 3 or so years diminished its value
AIP being sold and Scottsdale center is part of the acquisition
