Thread regarding ExxonMobil Corp. layoffs

Best Behaved SVP… Uncon!

This was pulled down before… I will post this again without initials.

Australian Upstream Uncon SVP was booked last week for s-xual as--ult and dr-gs.

These are the people that are trying to tell you that YOUR behaviors are the problem! Not the self-serving XOM systems they’ve setup!

You have to scroll down quite a bit… it was a busy Thursday morning…

Jokes aside about “setting a price beforehand”… let’s stop for a second and not blame (the) women. I’m on their side, and I hope they are safe.

Okay, so he was only putting into practice what he has learned from the negotiations courses he mastered at XOM.

Specifically, the one called the "Callgirl Principle", which basically states that the value of services are greater, BEFORE the services are provided......Not After!

It is very clear to me that she did not set the price for her service(s) before hand. Being the exec that has a lot of experience and practice successfully $krewing his employees, he did not want to pay her the fair market rate for her services. This ultimately led to her accusing him of grape and has now ruined his career and life. Pity the foo......

“ Was that wrong? Should I have not done that? I tell you I gotta plead ignorance on this thing because if anyone had said anything to me at all when I first started here that that sort of thing was frowned upon, you know, cause I’ve worked in a lot of offices and I tell you people do that all the time.”

I can’t stress enough how important it is to agree upon the price before hand. This is what happens when the John won’t pay and then someone screams “as--ult.”

Career ruined, and millions in RSUs lost because he wouldn’t pay.

One wasn't enough. Apparently, he "entertained" himself with 2 ladies.

Both this incident and the Pioneer article on WSJ occurred on the same day. Is that a coincidence??

Maybe he opened his mouth after being told he is terminated immediately? Time will tell….

The incident at 9am in the morning? Was he trying to get it in before work? Why was he not at work at 9:30am in the morning?

And then La Quinta hotel huh? .... what a dingy hotel to pick?

Also the choice of he's mansion vs the hotel choice

...how fascinating

DW's system of promotion is in full evidence here. This is the output of rewarding "compete to win" at all costs. Not only should he be removed but levels above him. This is the type of behavior that has rocked other corps (Enron, BP)... The Board better be assessing it's next steps across all Execs, including the highest levels of the Corp.

@pht He was arrested at the scene by responding officers. This indicates a crime was either in progress or had recently occurred.

This is very different from some hypersensitive college-bound intern filing a lawsuit for having their legs looked at for more than three seconds. This guy was booked on felony SA charges.

If nothing else, he was cheating on his wife in a dingy motel, and that alone should disqualify him from executive leadership.

He’s also a registered Republican. Just putting that out there.

Wonder which one of these "Expectations of Leaders" principles he was practicing outside of work (and at work too).

  1. Set standards
  2. Create Clarity
  3. Inspire and Motivate
  4. Promote Innovation
  5. Compete to Win

#1 is missing "..only for worker bees" at the end.
#2 is missing "No" in front
#3 is missing "no one" at the end.
#4 actually is promote hi-pos only.
#5 is compete (non exec and non hi-po) employees

Most corrupted and hypocritical company.

The addresses tied to his mug shot and arrest info were interesting. Home is insane, arrest address appears to be a La Quinta. Baller.
Wonder if he'll be placed on leave for internal investigation, or if he'll get different treatment. So gross.

We should let the legal system play this out before jumping to conclusions. “Accused” of something is different than being “convicted” of something.
