Interesting… layoffs happening?

If a director decides to leave, they do not see a future for the department. It may also mean that they know about planned restructuring, about plans to migrate departments to India, for example. It simply means that people have better career options than in F5.
Direcor leaving may be a sign for people that the department's future looks grim and it's time to look for a new job.
I won't assume that if 1 person leaves.
