Union for health insurance wouldn't really work since most of us aren't medical professionals. We would look a bunch of crybabies. It would be like IRS agents asking for higher pay, no one would care about that for health insurance since we are considered evil

Without unionized and whoever comes publicly may get tagged and risk of getting next employment. Unless someone has a influential profile on social media or can reach out to media groups. Better to focus on next career opportunities and move on. Corporate politics is everywhere and deeply rooted.

Not likely. There’s no union. with AI and offshore, it’s just the way it is. best bet is those who are RIFd reaching out to media f or help with investigating the claims of ageism and job re titling to prevent shady sh-t and un fair severance.
