Thread regarding Anthem Inc. layoffs

At Layoffs.com, Anthem surpasses all

Something I've noticed which is really funny. Everyone is so distrustful of Anthem that most people in Anthem know about Layoffs.com. Tell me other companies where people are that in the loop on the abuses of their company? It's time for people to use all that energy and organize complaints on Twitter or Facebook. Right now, I think Anthem is covering up the glass door reviews with positive reviews but it's no overstatement to say dissatisfaction is at an all time high. The real question is what do we do we do about it?

NDA’s can be somewhat hidden in documents you click and agree to. However, NDA’s don’t hold in many states including California. If they have no idea which state you are working from, and you’ve kept your remarks anonymous but true, they can’t be taken down.

One of the sites gathering public recognition and linking to company and leadership awards is glassdoor.

Not everyone posting is rifed. And I’ve never signed an nda. Gail and team is destroying this company, sowing chaos. Very sad to see what was an excellent company crash and burn. Right now the goal is to support carelon …by moving everything tomCarelon, separate company they can redo pay and benefits structure legally…and get rid of bonuses…. Mark my words…

As long as you don't post information that will allow Elevance to identify you then they can't stop you. If Elevance finds a way to get these posts taken down, then post them again.

I knew about this site when I worked for Humana. They are very similar to Anthem on how they do things. I found a lot of truthful information on this site & even a heads up on lay offs prior to it happening. It’s a great site. These corporations do not care about anyone or anything except for money period. They cause people so much stress, constantly wondering if they are going to be laid off.

I don’t recall signing an NDA nor do I recall that I’m prohibited from expressing my opinion about my place of employment.

Yeah but last I saw, ppl were ripping her a new one about the RIFs over on her LinkedIn. Could’ve been taken down by now, I’m not sure, but ppl were making their displeasure known.

Always use a VPN, if you have something revealing to say. In any event, we arenr verified users so anthem can't just threaten and verify random users legally. We are probably why this site gets so much ad money. Anthem's corruption has been great for layoffs.com bottomline. But seriously, I think in other corporations people are so siloed off they don't hear the juicy gossip but in anthem there are no silos other than the "haves" and the "have nots"

I am a people leader. I was told that corporate is aware of this site and is working to get posts removed. I assume they contacted legal who will send a nasty letter, stating people who are posting are violating their NDA and the posts need to be removed. Just my guess.

After my RIF from Anthem, that's how I found this site. And isn't it interesting that Gail, yet once again, is touted on LinkedIn as winner of some other b.s. list? Why? What about the employees and customers?
