Centene doesn’t care if they make mistakes if they make mistakes and the provider doesn’t catch it then Centene gets to keep the money, because by the time the provider realizes their past timely. Also customer service reps are not trained properly, so they just automatically tell the provider to appeal the claim, then we never received the appeal, ( because it just mysteriously got lost in the mail) and then it is past timely. The more mistakes they make, the more money Centene gets to keep.

I agree. Correcting their mistakes everyday. They just don’t understand our healthcare system here in the US. I got laid off from a Big BCBS because they used the vendor Cognizant back in 2016 to send work offshore. Now it’s happening again but with Centene.

I am in claims for MP and the word has been that anything that can be sent offshore will be. They are constantly making mistakes and aren't given the resources they need either.

Accenture is one offshore vendor. We have had then for 2.5 years now. Laid off most of our workforce back then. They are terrible. Mistakes constantly. Those of us left fix their mistakes all day

This is a really bad idea. Provider complaints are going to go up.
