How is everyone coping with the workload? In my area, anyone who retired or found a position elsewhere was not replaced. With the layoffs from August, it becoming very difficult to impossible to keep up with the workload. How does management expect staff to keep up? Maybe there getting this company ready for sale to someone else. Not laid off but I have an interview scheduled for Tuesday to escape this place.

UM here. Workload has been, continues to be, a nightmare. Waiting for them to raise productivity #s, when the current ones are nearly impossible to meet as is.
My team of 12 is down to five and they’re not replacing anybody. The workload is insane. Every day they give you more and more. Don’t even think about going to the bathroom because they are pulling call logs.
I was so happy to leave Centene; I got fed up with the crushing workload. Another thing, training is minimal and poor. You are on your own at this company. Ciao! Glad I left a few years ago.
