You work for a health insurance company. Are your health insurance benefits really as good as one would expect?

I would not want a toxic person leading a team. Im not sure how HR allows it. An employee that can’t work well under pressure shouldn’t be working in this industry. It’s fast paced and demanding. No one wants to be treated badly on a job, life is stressful enough. The job can be done without the hostility but hey, we are just employees.

Here at Healthnet....we bust our buts to get company scores up for them to collect incentives and then it's like...we got what we needed from you so bye bye now. Love the lip service at all town halls on how much they appreciate each and everyone... well except you. We need to make layoffs.

I did the same thing. You will find a job, you will be more proactive in your search and you will have a better time interviewing than if you were trying to do all that while Centene looms over you

The incompetence is driving the place in the ground day by day. I can guarantee there are PL with poor leadership running it in the ground today. The people at the top haven’t caught on yet. You no longer have to name them, they are known within the departments.

I quit this toxic place...not worth severance....I am scared as I have no other job to go too but my soul couldn't take the hypocrisy and lies anymore..... we are paid slaves to them ...I agree quit and let these stakeholders and executives lose ratings and contracts because nobody with respect will work for greedy elites. More work is coming your way with brainwashing skills to be grateful you have a job. Stop this ......good people don't let others fall on the sword alone.

I’m glad I was laid off in April. This company is a joke and as a Legacy WellCare employee, it was obvious from jumpstreet they sold us a false bill of goods!! They wanted WellCare’s Medicare business because Centene su-ked at it and will ruin it. Centene just plain su-ks!! Sarah and the whole bunch and kids my a-s!! I took their severance and had a now job the same day!!

Nah, I’ll find. Job, they can pay me a severance if they want to lay me off, not doing them any favors by quitting.

You will get harassed whether you work hard or not, take care of yourselves. Toxic is an understatement.

I like it. Let them send everything overseas. Eventually, they will learn, like high-tech companies did, that you get what you pay for. They do not deserve American talent.
