Some have said glassdoor is not fair. Could we be fair here? Simply reply with exec’s name and up vote for great leader, down vote for needs to go. Keep it civil folks

He is no longer the director as of last week. Also Sherman stepped down as VP as of last week and left the org....coincidence I think not

Way to turn layoff.com into a highschool yearbook signing competition. So stupid.
@qsa+1oWzLcAQ I personally have no opinion or experience with the C suite. No one mentioned the board. I do think VP/RVPs are most responsible for the issues that led to these layoffs (favoritism and cr-ppy systems etc). And not that this would cause the board to do something but if John/Jane Doe is disliked by many and he/she disappears, then maybe the rest of us can believe there are some changes happening for the better.
surely you realize this is useless. the board isn’t going to read this and say “ you know what, we SHOULD fire Sarah!”
