If people don’t take the survey, it will lead to senior leaders thinking all is wonderful and cozy. Please do take the survey, it’s essential that management knows how team members really feel. In my opinion, most are not happy nor secure in their jobs along with fed up with the current status quo. Back in the day, managers were the ones that knew the job and processes inside out and would pitch in when it’s needed. That is certainly not how it is now. Be careful off your comments as you don’t want to give yourself away!

Any whispers on the survey results yet before they are prepared to look good for the employees?
Glint is not the flavor of the day, its an employers market now . Diversity and compliance are the hot buttons.
Truth is they never cared about Glint results, and that they use it to track people. Don't trust this monument of bs.
They only care about “engagement” or whatever other stupid, meaningless measure they use.
And your manager sees your comments. I was told it was anonymous, but the answers will tip your hand to the wrong people. And they will retaliate — they are experts at fscking over people and getting away with it.
And in any case, the “leaders” will see the results, and lie, distort and bullsh-t their way through the all-hands meetings like they usually do. They don’t care. It’s all lip service. Stupid people gonna stupid, no matter what you write. Why contribute to the farce?
Meh
The glint survey is not anonymous.
I used to love the Glint survey. Even left my number to discuss further but alas no one called.
Raise the confidentiality question (of comments on GLINT) with colleagues forum reps prior to the 11th oct deadline. The more it is raised the better. Retaliation over comments made constitutes misconduct and ironically is gross.
