I want to stress that signing an NDA in exchange for a severance package is ILLEGAL. Illegal. Federally. Illegal. There are no NDA’s being thrown around in exchange for severance.
Considering how many people are talking about this in different threads, this needs to be re-emphasized again and again. People need to stop spreading misinformation or making claims about things they don't know much about.
