UM here and have been stuck on 40+ same day TAT for months. RS can’t keep up but layoffs regardless- top employees at that. This won’t end well

RS=referral specialist.
And the post is 💯 correct. The work is never ending, yet so many key employees let go! I just watched a video about AI taking over administrative positions. Not particularly with this company but it is coming rapidly in healthcare and insurance.
