I’m guessing it depends on your role. 8 weeks is a lot for 1.5 years. An RSII only got 7 weeks for 4 years . I’d say that’s a big difference. It’s sad how it’s not just standard across the board. Like 2-3 weeks per year worked.
14 weeks for 7 years
6 weeks pay per 1 yr worked is pretty average for corporate severance if you're not high level salary
