I was laid off from OpenText, Waterloo (Canada), and I'm curious to know what other people's severance packages were like. If you're comfortable sharing, please comment below with your tenure at OpenText Canada, and a general range of your severance package (e.g., 2-4 weeks, 4-6 weeks, etc.).

Unfortunately EMEA has been hit with the stealth layoffs as well.
In the US, most laid off employees will get paid until December 23.
This is only AFTER they sign an NDA, promising to NOT talk about their layoff.
The NDA must be signed within 7 days of layoff notice.
Which feels like they are breaking the law, requiring them to sign an NDA:

This round of layoffs has been very demoralizing. All to keep Mark as CEO and the stock price up... If the acquisition of Micro Focus does not show the 300 million in savings, Mark will be FIRED!!!
So yeah, keep the layoffs SECRET!!
I got laid off yesterday, I worked for 2 years , I was offered 2 weeks of severance pay. I am yet to sign the severance offer letter, still waiting on few clarifications from HR.
