Do you feel this round of cuts is much bigger than 2,000 they announced. It feels this cuts deep and wide, so wanted to see if you feel the same way as well. Anecdotally, I work in a small group of about 20 closely knit people and we lost 6 so far (cannot share more thank this as it'll be obvious who we might be). Anyhow, just wanted to see what do you all think.

There were a lot of layoffs back in April also which is when I got let go….to the day of my 10 years!!! Stupid company still sent me a plaque and I shipped it right back.
Supposedly the drop in employment numbers has dropped by 10,000 this year, and that’s not including this week (a friend told me that’s what his manager said).
I think your delusional, if you think your 20 people are SO VERY IMPORTANT, that giving real information would make it "obvious" who you are.
Stop trying to "consolidate" information on an anonymous web forum and call an attorney, they can help you...
One day we'll find wha's the real number.
Now they know all, we know nothing. But, at least here on layoffs dot com we are trying to level the playingfield and consolidate "OUR" info.
