Just know CEO’s are the puppets. Board of Directors are the ones who really pull the strings!!!! Getting rid of Sarah doesn’t do anything when the board of directors are the one’s making these decisions. She’s just the face of the company.

She was told what financial number she had to hit and given recommendations on the best way to get there by the board based on their knowledge of the best way to move the company in the direction necessary.
This is 100% directed by the board - the puppet at the top is simply doing their bidding.

She made decisions, she indeed has made quite a few decisions, most of them bad , but she has. The board all it does is supervise the CEO. One clear decision, seems like she hired Anika for chief customer experience, they even featured it in the media, most people were, oh what an inclusive company to have a black woman up there, who do you think fired Anika 5 months into the job, sure wasn't the board, not saying that Anika was good or bad, but it shows that Sarah doesn't know what is doing, if you take a look at Centene executive team is quite the mess, they have get rid of great people, they have shuffled around people like crazy, no body has a clue anymore, no one cares either, is all survival game, if Drew says, cut 20% , there is not a discussion about consequences of that, people just do it because there is no anything logic here anymore. All of that is lack of leadership, at the CEO level.
I believe this wholeheartedly. The Board are all almost new, with an activist investor at the helm. They do not hold the same values as they did before Politan's control, and they certainly don't follow the Centene's mission statement. Their entire approach is about profit. Members are just a way to get them richer. Their importance died along with Michael Neidorff. These are sad times.
