Does anyone know if there is any word on ANI Layoffs? Have people been informed yet? Or do we find out later in the month? I can’t help but see a change in certain people’s attitude even this week.

Know of 7 so far and I have heard its 20-25% from all teams.
The same will happen in 90 days.
Anyone with a meeting request from director be prepared. Confirmed layoff discussions happening today. 2 people from my technology team are impacted.

Very quiet in ANI so far. The calm before the storm?
ANI has become very expensive to maintain and operate. It would not surprise me if the company moves out of NI in the not too distant future.
ANI will be mostly eliminated sometime next year. Supplier partners are seen as more affordable than ANI and India.
My guess is any phone calls to any impacted people will be made at end of October, like last year.
