Curious which side feels the takeover is hostile. Most of the time the company being bought will get torn up.

They have already exited most of inmarsta HR and many execs from inmarsat. Are you imply that people feel we are in a hostile take over by inmarsat?

Guru ruining company. Infighting and peacocking between Inmarsat and Viasat. Inmarsat will be the death of viasat. Their people truly feel as if this was a hostile takeover and are helluh defensive about everything.

Total Debt might be 8 billion but Total Liabilities is at 12 billion.

Viasat has $8 billion in debt and is worth less than $2 billion…

Inmarsat was bought, largely, because of their established contracts. I think good will come from that. Also once VS3 flight 2 is launched and bringing in revenue, Viasat will catch-up. A runner can trip and fall and still get back up to win a race.

Probably working but with degraded bandwidth throughput where it's not enough to service the customer base in the NA market. Makes sense to push it to APAC where there is less demand and prioritize a (hopefully) fully functional satellite where the demand is highest.

If it was working enough for customers, why would they move it?
