Thread regarding Centene Corp. layoffs

Spies around

Have you noticed there some characters hunting down everywhere that someone calls Sarah the poet, and down voting every time that something is said about this id--t , incapable CEO that shows zero empathy or humility towards employees.

Responding to :If this company is as bad as you all say then why are you worried about bring laid off?

This company is not that bad, the new management in place is what is bad, not the company, Michael took the helm of Centene when is was a 40 mill dollar company and it turned it into a 125 bill behemoth, created thousands of jobs and great synergies for st Louis, this new pirates or management with Sarah the poet as " leader" are ripping it apart, and that is what is so frustrating about it.

Someone posted this recently on 3M’s forum board, it explains a lot:

When you post here, on Glassdoor or on any other social media, you can bet that HR is reading it cause it’s their job to read anything written about 3M, but they lack the power to remove these posts since they don't own or control these platforms.

HR can only flag posts that are illegal or breach the platform's rules, and only if that turns out to be true, the post gets pulled by site mods/site owners.

To ensure your post remains intact, make sure it complies with the platform’s rules: avoid offensive language, personal attacks, and naming non-executive individuals. When critiquing management, center your feedback on their performance rather than their appearance or personality.
And that’s how any of us can write a hush truth that doesn’t get taken down from social media.

@rdg+1oVEd36T Michael grew the company, ruled with an iron fist, many people work for him for 20 years under his tenure, you knew what to expect , you could build a career, there was direction and leadership, most serious and respected organization operate similar. Right now is just everything saturated with politics, there is no stability, no respect for tenure or knowledge, it is just feel like you can bleed in of hard work and they still fire you, just like are worthless

At least in other organizations there is some direction, and understanding of the company plans and goals, things make sense. What is happening in Centene is subnormal.

Of course HR is monitoring this site. I assume and threats are reported. This site is not anonymous. You only think it is.

Or…people are just simply tired of hearing the same ridiculousness. I’m neither a spy, or anyone that knows anyone in leadership, let alone the CEO.

What I am is an average worker wondering if
I’ll still have a job yet I keep reading the absolute d-mbassery from some fool who keeps repeating the same lines over and over again.

Let's be real Michael and his old crew were no better. They made layoffs over the years. This company is owned by Blackrock and Hedge funds and they are calling all the shots. If you go to another insurer you will see the same exact thing. CEO's as a rule have no empathy.
